Just south of Downtown San Jose is the central San Jose, California area of Spartan Keyes. Spartan Keyes is home to a distinguished artist community, art studios, and galleries. [2][3] The neighborhood is home to the south campus of San Jose State University and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in central San Jose, comprised of late 19th and early 20th century buildings.
