Happy Hollow Park & Zoo is a 16-acre (6.5 ha) zoo and amusement park that opened in 1961 in San Jose, California. It was shuttered in 2008 for extensive refurbishment and reopened on March 20, 2010.

Jaycees members Alden Campen and Ernie Renzel started developing the park in 1956. On behalf of the city, they acquired the original 7.5 acres (3 ha) at the north end of present-day Kelley Park for $300,000.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo is a wonderful blend of amusements, family rides, play spaces, a Puppet Theater, and a zoo with over 140 animals, ranging from endangered lemurs to miniature horses. There are year-round classes for children ages 12 months t, o adults, as well as seasonal activities. Happy Hollow Park & Zoo provides family and individual annual memberships.
Happy Hollow Park & Zoo is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
